Summary At Kosher Tissue Products Pvt. Ltd. , we are looking for a smart, driven, and process-oriented professional to join our sales and marketing office team. This office-based role is ideal for individuals who want to build a solid career in Marketing , with minimal field travel and a strong focus on structured selling, strategic support, and brand engagement. You will be at the heart of our sales operations engaging with corporate clients, supporting field teams, and playing a vital role in building our market presence through smart backend support and active marketing participation. Job Description / Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination Support the field sales team by managing backend functions, follow-ups, and communication. Regular telephonic engagement with a wide base of corporate, MNC and dealer clients. Liaison with dealers and distributors to ensure smooth order flow and delivery. Client Communication & Negotiation Participate in negotiations and assist in sales closures, guided by senior sales experts. Draft clear, well-structured email communications with strong direction and purpose. Sales Operations & Data Management Handle sales data using Excel and ERP systems for order tracking, supply chain coordination, and analytics. Maintain accurate records and generate performance and sales reports. Lead Generation & Research Conduct desk-based (secondary) research to identify potential clients and generate quality leads. Continuously build and update the prospect database. Marketing & Branding Contribution Actively contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and dealer programs . Work with the senior team to brainstorm and roll out innovative brand strategies. Learning & Development Undergo structured on-the-job training combined with classroom sessions to develop key sales and marketing skills. Learn the complete cycle of professional selling from prospecting to closure. Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or additional qualifications in sales/marketing preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience sales support, inside sales, or corporate B2B sales functions Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills both verbal and written (fluent in English ; good command of Kannada/Hindi preferred) Proficient in MS Excel , with working knowledge or aptitude for using ERP systems Demonstrated ability to interact with large corporate clients and distributors Fast learner with a strong desire to build a long-term career in Sales & Marketing Passion for working in a competitive, innovation-driven environment Why Join Kosher?
