Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer Location: Sarjapura, Bangalore Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Experience: 6 months & above Job Responsibilities: Engage with walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Present Maruti car models, features, and pricing clearly and confidently. Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth customer experience. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential buyers to convert sales. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems. Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for customer documentation. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: Must own a 2-wheeler for regular field visits. Must know to drive cars and possess a valid Driving License (DL). Fluency in Kannada and English; Hindi is an added advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building abilities. Prior experience in automobile sales is preferred.
