Project Site Designer

Job Summary: --------------- We are seeking a skilled Project Site Designer with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a BE in Civil Engineering / Architecture with minimum 2 years of experience in site inspection, project reporting, and client-centric design solutions. Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory) is required for effective communication with local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ----------------------- Site Inspection & Measurement: Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements. Verify and recheck measurements to ensure accuracy in area calculations. 2.Design & Drafting: Develop detailed AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp designs based on client needs. Create functional and aesthetically pleasing unit layouts. 3.Project Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports in Tamil & English as required. Maintain accurate records of site progress and design modifications. 4.Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Cost Estimation: Generate BOQ based on client specifications. Calculate project costs and provide estimates. 5.Client Coordination: Understand client requirements and suggest feasible design solutions. Ensure timely communication and updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: ---------------------------------- Education: BE Civil Engineering / B.Arch (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years in architectural design & site supervision. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong understanding of construction measurements & BOQ. Language: Fluent in Tamil (mandatory) and English. Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, and client management. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in residential/commercial project design. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
