Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell companies herbal and Ayurvedic products to retailers, dispensers, and prescription-based customers within the assigned HQ area.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and regular customer follow-up.
  • Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
  • Support in organizing medical camps, product awareness programs, and field promotions.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Sales Officer in the same HQ.
  • Qualification:

    Graduate in any discipline (Science / Pharmacy background preferred).
  • Age:

    No bar for good and deserving candidates.

Skills Required:

  • Strong territory knowledge and hold over retailers, dispensers, and prescription customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
  • Passion for the Ayurvedic and Herbal medicine segment.
