Position: HR Manager cum Tele-Sales & Tele-Marketing Executive Age Group: 18 – 28 Years Qualification: MBA (HR / Marketing) Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product promotion, lead generation, and feedback. Clearly explain pharmaceutical products and services to clients and address their queries effectively. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative responsibilities as part of HR functions. Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems, and prepare daily and monthly reports. Handle customer objections professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed assigned sales and call targets. Support HR and Sales teams in daily operations and performance tracking. Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of Punjabi, Marathi, or other regional languages will be an added advantage. Strong persuasive ability and customer-centric approach. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
