Sales Officer

Job Overview:

The Used Car Sales Officer will be responsible for generating and maximizing sales of pre-owned vehicles. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful sales. The officer will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and ensure that the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meet or exceed sales targets for used car sales through direct sales and lead generation.

• Customer Interaction:

  Engage with customers both online and in person, understanding their requirements, offering personalized advice, and providing detailed information about the cars available.

• Vehicle Demonstrations:

  Conduct test drives for potential buyers, explaining the features and benefits of vehicles in detail.

• Sales Documentation:

  Ensure proper documentation and paperwork is completed, including purchase agreements, vehicle registration, insurance, and financing details.

• Negotiation:

  Negotiate pricing and deals with customers while maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.

• Lead Management:

  Follow up with potential customers and maintain a customer database for future sales opportunities.

• Market Knowledge:

  Stay up to date with current market trends, pricing, and competitor analysis to offer competitive deals to customers.

• Customer Service:

  Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring a seamless handover of the car and customer satisfaction.

• Inventory Management:
