We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and manage sales operations across the Maharashtra region . The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the promotion and sales of crusher machines and industrial automation solutions . A strong background in B2B industrial sales , especially in the crusher, mining, or construction equipment industry , is preferred. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and Marathi to effectively communicate with clients across the region. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and approach potential clients in the region Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for timely order execution Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales technical support Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the management Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and local networking events Requirements: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial or machinery sales Prior experience in the crusher or heavy equipment sector is a major advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Must be fluent in Hindi and Marathi Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra Benefits: Free food and accommodation during field visits Cellphone bill reimbursement for official use Health insurance coverage for the employee Travel allowance and daily expense reimbursement Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives Opportunities for career advancement and technical skill development Supportive work culture with experienced leadership

Research and identify qualified vendors for electrical and electronic components and supplies. Request for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company. Evaluate supplier quotes based on quality, price, lead times, and reliability. Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Track inventory levels and initiate purchases to maintain adequate stock. Process invoices and ensure accurate accounts payable records Communicate effectively with internal departments such as engineering, production, and finance. Proactively identify and resolve any purchasing issues. Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronics goods (a plus if you have experience in a specific electrical/electronic sub-category).
