Overview.....
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Officer to handle sales operations for our candy manufacturing unit. The role will be entirely office-based—no field visits. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communication, and closing sales through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Generate new sales leads through tele calling and online research.
Share product details, pricing, and offers with clients.
Maintain client database and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Prepare and maintain sales reports for management review.
Build long-term relationships with clients to increase repeat sales.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English)..
Strong customer service mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduation in any stream
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
