Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Officer position based on-site in Burdwan. The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new prospective clients, and building strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include promoting the bank's products and services, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role will also involve regular market visits, data management, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate banking solutions.
  • Sales and negotiation skills to drive customer engagement and meet targets.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial products, with prior sales experience in the banking or financial industry being an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work toward goals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including banking apps and CRM software, to manage client interactions and reports efficiently.
