Sales Officer - Home Loans

As a Sales Officer Home Loans, your primary responsibility will be to source and convert home loan leads through direct and channel sales efforts. This will involve developing relationships with clients, builders, and real estate agents, assessing customer eligibility, and guiding them through the loan process. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential home loan customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, builders, real estate agents, and digital platforms. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products. - Conduct initial documentation checks and evaluate financial eligibility. - Coordinate with credit and operations teams for the timely processing and disbursement of loans. - Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Keep updated on home loan market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. - Participate in promotional activities like loan melas, property fairs, and other marketing events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales is preferred. - Knowledge of home loan processes, credit assessment, and documentation. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. In this role, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis. The work schedule will involve day shifts and morning shifts, with the work location being in person.
