Role: Sales Officer – General Trade (GT)
Territory: Raipur, Bilaspur, Bhilai
Experience: 2–4 years in FMCG sales (General Trade)
Language: Hindi mandatory; local language preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned territory (Raipur, Bilaspur, Bhilai)
• Manage and expand distributor & retailer network
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and hygiene across general trade outlets
• Meet monthly sales targets and execute outlet-level activations
• Monitor stock rotation, merchandising, and order follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with local retailers and distributors
• Share market feedback and sales reports with the senior team
• Coordinate with logistics & accounts for seamless execution

Requirements:
• Graduate preferred
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience in General Trade
• Familiarity with the geography and retail structure of Raipur/Bilaspur/Bhilai
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must have own two-wheeler and smartphone
