Job Description

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FMCG Experience: 1 year minimum Job Location : Ernakulam, Thrissur attractive salary provided as per the industrial standards Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in the assigned area. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure product availability and visibility at all retail points. Execute product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support business development. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager. Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries with the logistics team. Qualifications & Skills: 1–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
