JOB LOCATION : THRISSUR,ERNAKULAM Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company guidelines. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Monitor and ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets. Execute trade promotions, sampling, and in-store marketing campaigns. Regularly report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback. Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve distributor/customer complaints. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager. Requirements: 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (experience in Rice powder, spices ). Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Role & responsibilities Coordinate daily activities and schedules of field sales executives. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share with the management. Track primary and secondary sales data from distributors, stockists, and field teams. Follow up with sales team members for order booking, collections, and market updates. Order Management Process sales orders in coordination with the operations and logistics team. Ensure timely dispatches, invoicing, and resolve order-related queries from the field team or customers. MIS & Reporting Maintain and update sales trackers, target vs achievement reports, and beat plan records. Analyse sales data to highlight gaps and areas of improvement to the sales manager. Communication & Coordination Act as a communication bridge between sales executives, distributors, operations, and management. Coordinate meetings, reviews, and training sessions for the sales team. Handle escalations from distributors or sales teams efficiently and support resolution. Administrative Support Assist in claim processing for sales team (travel, daily allowance, incentives). Maintain updated database of distributors, retailers, beat plans, and sales team records. Other Responsibilities Support in market research data compilation as required. Any additional coordination work assigned by the Sales Head / Management. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong coordination and organisational skills Excellent Excel skills for sales data analysis and reporting Effective communication and follow-up ability Understanding of FMCG sales operations (distribution channel, order cycle) Quick learner with a proactive attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred candidate profile Must have experience in the same field
