Job Summary

Venkateshwara Properties is a leading real estate company dealing in luxury bungalows, resorts, and commercial spaces. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to maximize business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and property portals
• Conduct property tours, client meetings, and presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Work with the marketing team to run effective digital and offline campaigns
• Research market trends and competitor activities for strategy improvement
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Office 365, Canva, Social Media Application, Lead Generation
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, CRM)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
