Role Description

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The role involves driving sales initiatives and creating strategies to meet targets, managing customer relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and providing sales training to team members. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive revenue and meet organizational goals
• Ability to train team members on effective sales techniques and processes
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify market trends and craft marketing strategies
• Familiarity with eCommerce or B2B platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
