Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of both growth and brand-building for easyQ Solutions across India and global markets.

This role is perfect for a self-driven professional with strong B2B SaaS sales experience—ideally in MedTech, healthcare, quality, or regulatory-tech domains—who can confidently manage the full spectrum of sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads across medical device startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, LinkedIn, events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct high-impact product demos and effectively present easyQ’s eQMS platform & consulting services to CXOs, QA/RA Heads, and technical leaders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle:

    lead generation pitching negotiation closure.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using relevant tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and sales review.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while building long-term customer relationships.
  • Explore and develop distribution channels in India, the EU, the US, and APAC.
  • Build partnerships with accelerators, incubators, MedTech associations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Work closely with the Product, Regulatory & Customer Success teams to align client needs and feedback.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, competition mapping, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and regulatory teams for customer onboarding and requirement understanding.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Coordinate easyQ Solutions’ presence at conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Assist in basic email and phone outreach campaigns that directly support sales goals.
  • Manage and publish engaging content across the website, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
  • Run targeted marketing campaigns, email outreach, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Prepare high-quality pitch decks, value messaging, and proposal materials.
  • Monitor marketing dashboards, campaign performance data, and lead analytics.
  • Conduct market research to track MedTech trends, competitors, regulatory changes, and customer segments.
  • Assist in planning conferences, events, and easyQ Solutions-hosted webinars and workshops.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create educational digital content, events, and thought-leadership pieces.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of combined experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development and B2B marketing

    , preferably in SaaS/MedTech/Healthcare IT/Regulatory-tech.
  • Proven track record in

    lead generation, customer meetings, and closing deals

    .
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with confidence to engage CXOs, QA/RA heads, and compliance leaders.
  • Understanding of MedTech regulations, QMS, ISO standards, or compliance solutions (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, automation tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Highly organized, professional demeanor, and capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup.
  • Willing to travel across India for business meetings and events.
  • Basic marketing knowledge (Canva, content editing, LinkedIn posting, understanding of campaigns) is a plus.
