Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as social media, Google Ads, and CRM. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a team. - Proficiency in Office 365, Canva, and experience in Lead Generation.
