Job Title: Sales & Customer Relations Executive Location: Aster Medcity, Kochi Company: Frontline Fitness About Us: Frontline Fitness is a growing health and wellness startup that partners with leading hospitals to deliver personalized fitness and preventive care programs. We’re now expanding our presence at Aster Medcity and are looking for someone who can grow with us and eventually lead a team. Role Overview: You’ll represent Frontline Fitness at Aster Medcity — engaging with clients, explaining our programs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role offers a clear growth path into leadership as we build a dedicated sales team under you. Key Responsibilities: Interact with hospital visitors, clients, and staff to promote our programs. Handle inquiries, explain plans, and manage sign-ups. Build strong relationships with hospital staff and clients. Maintain records and follow up with leads using our CRM. Support marketing activities and awareness events. Assist in building and guiding new sales executives as we expand. Who Can Apply: Experienced professionals in sales, customer service, or client relations (1–4 years preferred). Freshers are also welcome — if you’re confident, people-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong communication in English and Malayalam. Confident, proactive, and ready to take ownership. Growth Path: Start as a Sales & Customer Relations Executive and move into a Sales Lead/Manager role as we grow our hospital network.
