Role Overview:

You’ll represent Frontline Fitness at Aster Medcity — engaging with clients, explaining our programs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role offers a clear growth path into leadership as we build a dedicated sales team under you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with hospital visitors, clients, and staff to promote our programs.
• Handle inquiries, explain plans, and manage sign-ups.
• Build strong relationships with hospital staff and clients.
• Maintain records and follow up with leads using our CRM.
• Support marketing activities and awareness events.
• Assist in building and guiding new sales executives as we expand.

Who Can Apply:

• Experienced professionals in

  sales, customer service, or client relations

  (1–4 years preferred).

• Freshers

• Strong communication in English and Malayalam.
