With a growing presence across Pune, we are expanding our team and inviting applications for the positions of Sales Specialist and Marketing Specialist.

About the Role:

We are looking for talented professionals to support our sales and marketing operations in the real estate sector. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a passion for business growth and client service.

The Sales Specialist will focus on building client relationships, generating leads, and closing property transactions, while the Marketing Specialist will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive visibility and engagement for our properties and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Specialist:

• Generate and manage new sales leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property data, and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries efficiently and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

For Marketing Specialist:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
• Manage listings on online property portals and ensure up-to-date, attractive content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers for property marketing materials.
• Create engaging content for digital and offline promotions.
• Analyze marketing performance and present insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and brand collaborations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data handling ability.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is advantageous.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license for local travel.
• Self-driven, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
