Job Title: Sales & Marketing Project Lead  Head Office – Jaipur (with travel across multiple cities for kiosk/store setups) Job Type: Field Position Company: Sale Mantra - BRAND Jewels and Accessories Salary: 25-32K + Perks + Performance Bonuses About Us: We are a fast-growing fashion jewelry and accessories retail brand, expanding into multi-city mall kiosks and compact stores. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, trendy, and affordable jewelry through an omni-channel approach — including e-commerce and offline presence. We aim to provide our customers with unforgettable experiences while supporting local businesses. Join our dynamic team and help us expand our network of partners! Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Marketing Leadership and drive monthly and daily sales targets for kiosks and stores. Develop marketing strategies, mall activations, and brand campaigns to boost footfall and conversion. Coordinate with the digital team to align online & offline promotional activities for cohesive brand growth. Analyze sales performance, category movement, and customer trends to design local promotions. 2. Project & Store Planning Lead the store opening process — from site finalization, kiosk design coordination, to vendor and setup management. Work with management on city expansion planning and identify potential high-footfall locations. Ensure proper inventory allocation, visual merchandising, and stock rotation across outlets. 3. Team Management & Hiring: Hire, train, and supervise store managers, sales executives, and promoters. Build a performance-driven retail culture focused on service excellence and sales achievement. Conduct regular sales meetings, reporting, and motivational sessions for staff. 4. Brand Development & Growth: Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to create campaigns, in-store branding, and new collection launches. Maintain a healthy demand–supply ratio, avoiding overstocking or shortages. Actively contribute to brand expansion strategies for multi-city rollout in mall kiosk and mini-store formats. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Retail Management. 3–8 years of experience in Retail Sales / Fashion / Jewelry / Lifestyle industry. Proven experience in store operations, multi-location management, and retail team handling. Strong understanding of sales analytics, mall operations, and brand development. Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills. Willingness to travel for new store launches and audits. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience and performance).
