Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Uttar pradesh, Bihar & Assam. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, pursuing sales opportunities, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales trends, creating promotional campaigns, and collaborating closely with both the sales and product development teams to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Business Development
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Knowledge of construction chemicals or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
