Role Description

Key Role:

Lead sales & service operations, achieve targets & build hospital/distributor network.

 We Are Hiring – Sales Field Executive (Medical Equipment Finance)

We are looking for experienced field sales professionals to join our Medical Equipment In Maharashtra .

🔹 Position: Sales Field Executive - Medical Equipment OT Lights, Surgical Pendants etc.  

🔹 Location: Pune , Maharashtra 

🔹 Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Field Sales (BFSI/Medical Equipment Sales preferred)

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

* Generate business through visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical equipment dealers

* Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors & healthcare professionals

* Understand customer needs and offer suitable financing solutions

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation & loan disbursement

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Marketing Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing market trends
• Proficiency in Campaign Management, Promotional Strategy, and Business Development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Previous experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is advantageous
