Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and motivation.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling brand messaging, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing software and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience in the Solar/ Electrical Equipment or Any Similar Sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
