Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Noida. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, manage sales teams, and build relationships with OEM clients. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, coordinating with engineering and product development teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting market research, planning and executing promotional campaigns, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic marketing planning and sales management
• Strong skills in market research, trend analysis, and pricing strategy development
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with the HVAC, home appliances, refrigeration, automotive, or engineering sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
