The hotel features 100 spacious rooms, five banquet halls, a 24-hour coffee shop, room service, bar, and an authentic Gujarati Thali Restaurant. Known as "The Business Abode," it offers a comfortable and pragmatic stay, ideal for business and personal travels. Complimentary breakfast and versatile business spaces add to the comprehensive experience offered to guests. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, overseeing daily sales activities, managing marketing campaigns, and fostering relationships with corporate clients. Additional tasks include market analysis, budgeting, and collaborating with other departments to optimize revenue opportunities and enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Experience in Sales Strategy and Business Development Skills in Market Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Planning Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaigns Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions Show more Show less
