Job Description

Team management and development

Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Hire new sales representatives and provide ongoing training and mentorship.
Conduct performance reviews and offer feedback to improve sales skills.
Incentivize top performers to drive motivation.

Sales strategy and execution

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets.
Set sales goals and quotas for the team and individual representatives.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Analyze sales data, generate performance reports, and provide sales forecasts to senior management.

Customer and market relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and administration

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies.
Manage sales budgets and approve expenditures.
Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
