JOB DESCRIPTION: OFFICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE COMPANY OVERVIEW: B.R. Commercials is part of the B.R. Group of companies (more details at https://brgroup.info/). We operate a high-traffic highway petrol pump, which has consistently been the highest-selling Jio-BP pump in Chhattisgarh for the past two months. In the same time-frame, we have also been Jio-BP’s highest selling fuel delivery partner in all of India. Moreover, we are expanding our business with inclusion of a Food & Beverage complex of well-recognised brands. We are growing very fast, and the Sales Representative will be critical to our continued success! Here at B.R. Commercials, we're looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that's at the forefront of the fuel and convenience industry in India. WORKPLACE LOCATION: Dharsiwa, Siltara, Raipur- CG WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6PM SALARY: 15k to 18k (+ work-related fuel expenses) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Business Development: Collect data on customers in the Trading Area, using an in-house developed application. Make calls to potential B2B customers Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions (fuel delivery, bulk supply, fuel cards, etc.). Negotiate & close deals Sales is a numbers game. Performance will be evaluated weekly. Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the management team. Provide feedback to the management for improving offerings and sales strategies. Suggest marketing campaigns or local promotions to drive sales. Work independently from the operations team & focus dedicatedly on new business development. Represent B.R. Commercials in a professional manner at all times. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for data pipeline purposes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality. GOOD TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in fuel sales, logistics, or FMCG distribution. Knowledge of Raipur, particularly Siltara & surrounding market. No graduation degree necessary. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (for client visits). WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH: The Sales Representative will work directly with the general manager and the director’s office at B.R.
