Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing all marketing activities across Rajasthan. This role involves leading sales teams, developing market strategies, closing high-value projects, and building strong channel partnerships to expand the company’s presence in the agri-infrastructure market. Main Responsibilities & Tasks Develop and implement the state-level sales and marketing strategy Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Lead and close high-value polyhouse, greenhouse, and shade net house projects Manage and mentor tele-sales, field sales, and channel partner teams Monitor lead pipelines, conversion ratios, and overall sales performance Coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign ROI Build and manage dealer, contractor, and referral networks across Rajasthan Conduct sales meetings, negotiations, and final deal closures with key clients Guide customers on subsidy and non-subsidy project models Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Ensure proper use of CRM and accurate sales reporting Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management
