Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Jodhpur. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. The role involves maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients, presenting product information, and achieving sales targets through efficient telephonic interactions.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales processes
Customer Support skills with the ability to effectively address client needs and build relationships
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
Prior experience in telesales or similar roles is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Basic knowledge of agricultural or irrigation products is a plus
