Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Aftermarket & Tier-2

Location: Village zardakpur, bahadurgarh badli road

Industry: Automotive / Engineering / Spare Parts

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow business in both Aftermarket and Tier-2 customer segments. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and creating marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (Aftermarket):

  • Develop distribution channels for spare parts in 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler segments.
  • Manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks to maximize sales volume.
  • Identify and onboard new aftermarket partners in domestic and export markets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and implement pricing strategies.
  • Monitor inventory flow and ensure timely supply to aftermarket customers.

Sales (Tier-2):

  • Build and manage relationships with Tier-2 automotive/OEM suppliers.
  • Develop business opportunities with Tier-2 customers for sheet metal, surface treatment, or engineering components.
  • Participate in RFQs, cost negotiations, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and support NPD (New Product Development) projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams for smooth project execution.

Marketing & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for brand awareness in aftermarket.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
  • Track market trends and customer needs to propose new product lines.
  • Plan sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Drive digital marketing presence (catalogues, product listings, online platforms).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in Aftermarket sales (distribution, dealer handling, retail network).
  • Proven exposure to Tier-2 / OEM supply chain business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of automobile spare parts, sheet metal, or engineering components.
  • Ability to manage P&L, sales targets, and team performance.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO, and quality standards (preferred).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Engineering preferred.
  • 12–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Automobile/Engineering sector.
  • Hands-on experience in both Aftermarket and Tier-2 business segments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
