OVERVIEW-

onboarding both international and domestic clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out to, and generate leads for potential clients needing

  digital marketing, social media, affiliate, or performance marketing

  services.
• Understand and utilize affiliate marketing models such as CPL, CPS, CPI, and CPA for pitching and campaign execution.
• Understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create

  customized proposals and presentations

  .
• Maintain and update a sales pipeline using

  CRM tools

  .
• Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular progress reports.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and

  ensure smooth onboarding

  of new clients (both domestic and international).
• Work closely with affiliate partners and internal teams to drive

  performance-based campaigns

• Support in the onboarding and management of

  affiliate networks and partners

  , ensuring campaign KPIs are met.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years

  of experience in

  sales or business development

  within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing services

  , including

  social media, SEO, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing

  .
• Familiarity with

  performance marketing models

  (CPL, CPS, CPI, CPA) and hands-on experience in

  onboarding and managing international and domestic clients

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to

  work independently
