Our unique concept of bringing together the modern medicine techniques and the principals of Ayurveda of different food types for different body constitution helps us prepare personalized diet programs which has helped us successfully coach over 50000 people on healthy food habits not only in India but across countries. 25+ Years of Experience 40% of new clients through Satisfied clients 100+ strong team including experienced Ayurveda Doctors & qualified Nutritionists working from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm (IST), 7 days a week 200,000+ client calls handled every month Clients spread across every continent of the World including US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, etc. Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing & Sales Head to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure that the companys sales and marketing objectives are clearly understood and effectively implemented through strategic marketing initiatives. The Sales & Marketing Head will define the work plan, budget, and targets for each marketing area, taking full responsibility for achieving these goals. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various business concepts and technological trends and will have overall accountability for revenue and P&L performance. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. leadership responsibilities Take responsibility to mentor, train and develop the Sales and Marketing team. Work in a consultative fashion with other department heads. Develop and implement the short and long-term Marketing roadmaps for the Company Track performance in terms of market share, delinquency, cost of acquisition, productivity, channel performance and overall economics and profitability. Lead the industry and incorporating and deploying leading edge solutions for business problems. Make executive decisions regarding our company’s marketing and sales needs. Communicate our Marketing strategy to our partners as well as investors. 2. Department responsibilities End to end thought leadership (both Technical and Business) of the complete digital customer acquisition engine Define aspiration/goals for digital customer acquisition for product./Services. Define full roadmap of what it takes to achieve those goals & aspirations (team, processes, capabilities, investment, technology needed) Mentor the team and processes and lead them on day to day basis Day to day oversight on execution and decision making to drive ROI backed performance of digital/ non digital customer acquisition Ensure technology integration & automation for driving seamless revenue tracking and driving revenue growth opportunities. Keep a continuous tab on competition, stakeholders and update strategies such as to make digital engine a USP for the business vs. others Transfer successful use cases from other industries and borrow learnings from outside Identify & implement monetizable digital/ non digital led customer propositions 3. Business alignment Monitor Key Performance Indicators and metrics Keep track of Marketing budgets in order to update the performance of the team. Ensure the Marketing budget has no unnecessary expenses To achieve the business goals of the organization and own the entire P&L Requirements: MBA from premium institute. 8+ years of experience & previous work experience as a Head Sales and Marketing or another similar leadership role Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & previously worked in a startup & helped the business to grow & scale up. Comprehension of budgets Understanding of business planning Strong leadership skills Highly organized Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Able to conduct research and analyses of digital and non-digital marketing trends.
