The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial management practices. As a CA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing strategic guidance to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify areas for improvement. Provide strategic financial advice to clients and assist them in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and optimize efficiency. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting regulations, and industry trends. Coordinate with the Statutory Auditor to ensure the audit is completed on time and a clean audit report is issued by the Auditors. Preparation of the Monthly MIS (Error Free) and share it with all the stakeholders. Ensure the Correct Inventory Accounting and its valuation. (Timely Inventory Verification) Ensure the correct Fixed Assets Accounting & timely verification. Cash Flow Management Preparation of Annual Budget/AOP. Setting the Sales Team Targets & Incentives Requirements: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
