Role Overview:

CAMFiN Global Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead the branch-level sales, branding, and marketing operations in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through effective sales planning and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital initiatives to increase brand visibility.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and counseling team to ensure consistent performance.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners for lead generation.

Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to align sales and marketing activities with institutional goals.

Track and analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.

Manage social media presence and coordinate with the marketing team for creative content and campaigns.

Ensure high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualification: MBA (Marketing or related specialization preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in the education or training sector).

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Ability to plan strategically and execute effectively under deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
