Job Apply Link: https://shorturl.at/0Xtm6 Job Description and responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Meeting and presentation: Going to clients like Architects, Purchase Managers, Big Developers and key decision maker of the company. Knowing their upcoming projects and understanding their Lighting requirements, its designs and layouts and accordingly propose tailor made lighting solution to them that meets their requirements. Customize presentations based on client needs and preferences. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Highlight the features and benefits of the company's lighting products. Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for lighting products and services. Develop detailed proposals outlining the proposed lighting solutions, pricing and terms. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals by demonstrating the value of the company's lighting products. Order Processing: Facilitate the order process, ensuring accurate and timely order placement. Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and inventory, to ensure smooth order fulfillment. After sales communication Keeping in touch with client even after closing of project, via mails, sms ,sending birthday/festival wishes, sharing pictures of other recent projects ,sharing new brochures etc. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the lighting products and solutions offered by the company. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in lighting systems. Sales Strategy Development: Work with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals. Identify target markets and customer segments for lighting products. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Market Research : Stay informed about competitors and market trends. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
