We have consultations, blood tests, ultrasound, X-ray, ecg, echo, TMT, vaccination, Homecare. Location: Gurgaon Sector 56 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Working Days: 6 Days a Week Experience: 1 to 3 Years Salary Range: Up to 25,000 ( For strong candidates, up to 30,000) Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Handle clinics social media platforms and create engaging content. Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff. Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist in organizing clinic events, workshops, and seminars. Requirements: Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
