Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for exhibition space and sponsorship sales. Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and close new business with potential exhibitors across relevant industry segments. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and repeat participation. Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough industry research to identify new prospects and generate qualified leads. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Revenue Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts through CRM tools. On-ground Support & Coordination: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth exhibitor experience before and during the event. Networking & Representation: Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms to promote the exhibition brand. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure aligned communication and customer satisfaction.
