Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Vadodara. In this role, the executive will handle day-to-day tasks including market research, creating and executing strategic market plans, generating and nurturing sales leads, conducting client meetings, and managing marketing initiatives to promote the company's products. The role also involves continuous interaction and communication to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop strategies.
• Strong experience in Sales and Marketing activities to drive business growth and meet targets.
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and building professional relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site environment.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the industries UNIQUE LASER serves is an advantage.
