Role Description This is a project-based role for a Senior Executive - Zoho Developer based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Zoho applications and workflows. Daily tasks include designing and coding new functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system integrations. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to understand and meet their specific needs, managing Zoho CRM, and providing training to users on Zoho functionalities. Qualifications Experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications Proficiency in Custom Workflows, Zoho Deluge Scripts, and API Integrations Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in training users and managing system upgrades Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Knowledge of database management and ERP systems is a plus
