Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of solar on-grid, hybrid systems. This role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing activities to expand our brand presence in the renewable energy market. Candidates with solar and battery sales experience will be given priority, but freshers passionate about green energy and marketing are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar on-grid, hybrid, and battery systems. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to assess customer energy requirements. Prepare quotations and proposals based on client needs and technical feasibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, businesses, and dealers. Support digital and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns and promotional events. Keep updated with solar industry trends, products, and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business. Renewable Energy, or a related field. Experience in solar on-grid, hybrid systems, and battery solutions (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of solar on-grid, hybrid, inverters and batteries Proficient in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies. Valid two-wheeler or driving license (preferred).
