Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at our fast-growing renewable energy company specializing in solar power systems, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar on-grid, hybrid, and battery systems. - Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to assess customer energy requirements. - Prepare quotations and proposals based on client needs and technical feasibility. - Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, businesses, and dealers. - Support digital and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns and promotional events. - Keep updated with solar industry trends, products, and competitor activities. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field. - Experience in solar on-grid, hybrid systems, and battery solutions is preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of solar on-grid, hybrid, inverters, and batteries. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies. - Possession of a valid two-wheeler or driving license is preferred.
