Sales Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of solar on-grid, hybrid systems.

This role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing activities to expand our brand presence in the renewable energy market.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar on-grid, hybrid, and battery systems.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to assess customer energy requirements.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on client needs and technical feasibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, businesses, and dealers.
• Support digital and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns and promotional events.
• Keep updated with solar industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business. Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience in solar on-grid, hybrid systems, and battery solutions (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of solar on-grid, hybrid, inverters and batteries
• Proficient in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Valid two-wheeler or driving license (preferred).
