Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager – Turbine Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for turbine products and services. This role combines strategic marketing, key account management, and solution-based selling across power generation, industrial, and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for turbine products, retrofits, spares, and service contracts
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in power, oil & gas, industrial, and renewable sectors
  • Manage key accounts, EPCs, utilities, and OEM partners
  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools

Marketing

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new turbine models, upgrades, and service offerings
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Support branding, product positioning, and value proposition development
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
  • Work with technical teams to create brochures, presentations, and case studies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Support after-sales and lifecycle service growth initiatives
  • Provide customer feedback to product and R&D teams

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing of turbines, power equipment, or heavy industrial products
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Technical sales and solution-selling mindset
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
