Job Description

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.  Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospects, and leads through various channels.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.  Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.  Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms to successfully close sales deals.  Market & Product Expertise: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.  Sales Operations: Manage the sales process, often using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and maintain accurate sales records.  Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.  Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and build a professional network.  Reporting: Prepare and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis to management.
