Position: Food Processing & Distribution Executive Location: Bangalore - Thalaghattapura Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of food processing units, ensuring compliance with organic certification standards. Manage supply chain and distribution channels to deliver products on time and in optimal condition. Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline procurement and delivery. Implement quality control measures across processing and packaging stages. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sustainability practices. Prepare reports on production efficiency, distribution performance, and market feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or related field. 5+ years of experience in food processing, logistics, or distribution (organic food industry preferred). Strong knowledge of organic certification standards and food safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
