We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of dental implant products to dental professionals, clinics, and distributors. The candidate will be responsible for market development, client engagement, lead generation, and meeting sales targets while contributing to brand visibility and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients (dentists, clinics, hospitals, distributors). Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of dental implant products. Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers. Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets. Ensure post-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions. Participate in dental conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to generate leads and brand awareness. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, email marketing, and online promotion. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and ROI tracking. Support content development for brochures, product catalogues, and sales kits. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dental/medical sales or healthcare marketing (preferably in dental implants). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
