Key Responsibilities: Sales: 1. International Sales Development: Identify and pursue new international sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers and partners. 2. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute international sales strategies and plans, aligning with company goals and objectives. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain existing international customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Marketing: 1. International Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement international marketing strategies and plans, aligning with company goals and objectives. 2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in international markets. 3. Brand Management: Manage and maintain the company's brand image and reputation in international markets. Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication. 2. Trade Show and Event Management: Manage trade show and event participation, including logistics, marketing materials, and lead generation. 3. Sales and Marketing Reporting: Provide sales and marketing reports and analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement. Requirements and Skills: 1. International Sales and Marketing Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success. 2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 3. Business Development and Strategic Planning: Strong business development and strategic planning skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Strong market research and analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in international markets. 5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools. Educational Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
