Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field visits to salons and cosmetic centres Introduce and promote company products, services, schemes, and offers Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners. Generate new leads and convert them into active customers Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and feedback Conduct product demonstrations and explain usage benefits Ensure proper product placement and brand visibility at client locations Collect market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing, and trends Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and review discussions as required Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Convincing and negotiation ability Knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetic (preferred) Ability to work independently in the field.
