Sales Executive

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard research universities, neuroscience labs, and academic institutions across India.
  • Present and demonstrate the NeuroState Hat’s capabilities, emphasizing its scientific accuracy, data privacy, and research applications.
  • Build long-term relationships with principal investigators, faculty members, and research administrators.
  • Understand academic research requirements, funding cycles, and grant processes to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine messaging, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product positioning and support materials.
  • Represent the company at academic conferences, workshops, and webinars.

 

Who You Are:

  • Experience:

    2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in academic, healthcare, scientific equipment, or technology sectors.
  • Excellent Communication:

    Ability to translate technical features into academic benefits in clear, persuasive language.
  • Networked:

    Familiarity with research institutions, funding mechanisms, and academic grant processes.
  • Self-starter:

    Comfortable working independently, traveling frequently, and building relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver:

    Able to understand complex research challenges and offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and at least one regional language preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within India.
